Tongrui BZ series oil regeneration machine can effectively remove acidic component from transformer oil, circuit breaker oil, insulation oil and hydraulic oil, red diesel( such as UK red diesel, Belguim red diesel ect) and brown bad color diesel, oxidized base oil ect. by using physical method and improve the oil's color.

Feature:
1. This machine utilizes a physiochemical reaction to eliminate acidic component, suspended particles and sedimentation material etc. from inferior oil, it mainly used to regenerate the unqualified transformer oil and circuit breaker oil.

2. It adopts a particular purification chemical to decolor the transformer oil, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil, which can operate under the situation of transformer stays running in normal manner without cutting power or changing oil.3. After treating, the oil can reach the new oil standard, which not only retains the active elements, but also improves the insulation of device and enhances the ability of anti-oxygen. Besides, the cost will be reduced by 90% compared with traditional way of oil-change. (Suggested that you can use the recycling device in advance before use this machine, in the case of oil withstand voltage is treated to an acceptable range, the cost will be lower and the effect will be more obvious.)4. No.6-10 dark oil can be retrofitted to the color of No.2-4.5. It will reduce the wastage, and enable the treated oil getting back to the specification of new oil.

Working principle

The BZ oil decoloring system, need chemicals to change the oil color, and it can deal with the acid of the oil, the oil after treat, clear and without acid, the color is steady, not changed again. When using this machine, your oil must be removed the water firstly or is suitable for no water oil. Then just use this machine to handle the oil is enough. If your oil is with some water, then you can combine our other series machines to use.

2) Can it handle black transformer oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, diesel, ect?

Yes, it is. This series machine just can't handle black engine oil. Other kind color is easy to improved. Just black transformer oil, hydraulic oil, and so on, which needs much more agents to cost. But before using this machine, the water must be removed or the oil without water. Otherwise, the efficiency will be influenced.

3) Is this machine with filters to remove impurities, or just remove color?

This machine has the filters to remove impurities and the color, acid, too. It is at a high efficiently.
