Workflow Chart

1.The oil enters the heater after removing impurities through the pre-filter.

2.The heated oil enters the vacuum reactor to first form a mist, and then form a oil film.The three-dimensional flash evaporation technology in the vacuum reactor will make thecontact area hundreds of times of the original. So that the gas and water in the cooking oilare quickly vaporized and discharged through water storage tank.

3.The treated hydraulic oil will go through the second, third and fourth filters to remove tinyimpurities, and the content of impurities will reaches 1μm.
